‘Nuts & Bolts’ of workplace challenges
‘Nuts & Bolts’ is a new way to invest in your career. Our working lives routinely present personal and professional challenges, which when explored with the aid of a skilled professional can transform the energy of work. Identifying familiar patterns and pitfalls and working out new strategies can renew and refresh your energy.
'Nuts & Bolts' is a unique concept that I developed in response to the ever increasing need people have for support with workplace issues. Somewhere to inquire into what is going on at work in an objective and safe way.
Some typical examples relate to needing support with difficult relationships at work, money, awkward customers, professionals, ethical issues, networking, challenge, accessing and utilising creativity in the workplace, self-care, stress and burn-out, work-life balance, an inability to get some things started or finished. This is far from an exhaustive list, and whether you are an employee or run your own business a 'Nuts & Bolts' meeting will be tailored to your particular needs.

‘Nuts and Bolts’ happens either individually or in a group setting. The method is creative, experiential and dynamic. The issues each group or individual focus on will be different, and the working priorities are set by group members. All that is required is a curiosity to learn from your personal experience.
Many people consult a psychotherapist to look at difficulties in their past. In contrast, looking at challenges from the perspective of your present day to day life, can have the potential to be a more dynamic, creative, interactive, enriching and ultimately more effective experience. As a result, this new approach has appealed to people who need support with issues in their working life.
